Why Exhibit?
Marketed throughout Norfolk and Suffolk, this is your opportunity to have a brand presence at the biggest Sustainability event in the East: a place where business is looking for clarity and opportunities around the sustainability issue.
A total of 37 stands are available in the Foyer and Gallery areas. The exhibition opens at 8:30am and closes at 3:30pm and will run in tandem with the speaker programme.
We also encourage each exhibitor to actively promote their presence to both their own customers and prospects – maximising networking opportunities for all. Tools to enable this will be provided by the Chamber Marketing & Communications Department.

Stand Information
Please note this is a space - no shell scheme or stands are provided.
Setup Time:
Access from 7:00am. All stands to be ready by 8:30am at the latest.
Down Time:
To maintain a professional approach it is requested that stands are not dismantled before the end of the exhibition which is 3:30pm. Those dismantling before this time may not be allowed to exhibit at future exhibitions.
Payment:
Please note that a non refundable deposit of £50 + VAT is required at the time of booking.
Stand bookings will only be confirmed when both the booking form and deposit have been received.
Cancellation: Payment will still be required unless cancellation is received by 12 April 2011. Deposits are non refundable.
